Personal Background

Annika grew up quietly in Trill's capital city. She immediately went on to law school and specialized in Federation and Klingon Law. After 12 years of running a successful law career, she decided to join Starfleet. All her family and friends were shocked and tried to talk her out of it, but she persevered and when it was time to graduate the academy, she requested assignment in either JAG or the Liaison offices.
